How Many Photos Do You Need for AI Headshots?

Ten to twelve photos is the sweet spot. Fewer than five and the model has too little to learn from, so the results drift toward a generic face. More than fifteen and you start adding your worst photos, which pulls the whole set down.

What makes a photo good enough
Your uploads are the single biggest factor in whether your headshots look like you. Every photo you add is a vote for what your face looks like, so a set full of dim selfies teaches the model that you live in the dark.
What to include
- Your face clearly visible and reasonably close to the camera
- A few different angles, not fifteen versions of the same pose
- Even light on your face, ideally daylight or a window
- Recent photos, so the results look like you today
- A neutral expression in some, a natural smile in others
What to leave out
- Sunglasses or anything covering your eyes
- Hats and caps
- Group photos, even if you are the obvious subject
- Heavy filters, beauty modes, or anything that already changed your face
- Photos where you are far from the camera

How many photos per plan
The number of photos you upload is the same on every plan. What changes is how many finished headshots you get back.
